Objectives
Teamwork International's Stress Management Center has two main objectives:
- (1) to help you recover from the past, and
- (2) to equip you for the future.
These objectives are achieved by providing a stress-free environment where you can relax, enjoy warmth and sun, a nutritional balanced diet, share with like-minded individuals and learn the practical aspects of:
- relaxation techniques,
- maintaining a balanced nutritional diet,
- establishing a personalised exercise programme,
- basic time management techniques,
- problem solving techniques,
- reviewing and implementing your personal objectives and goals.

Venue
- The venue that Teamwork International has chosen for this
Autumn's Stress Management Center is Moncarapacho in the
eastern Algarve, Portugal. This area is one of the most
picturesque, tranquil and unspoilt areas of Portugal - the
idea center where you can relax and re-charge your batteries
while learning a number of valuable and practical skills
that will equip you better for the future.
- You will be staying, as a small group, in a spacious well
equipped villa located high up in the hills above Moncarapacho,
yet only 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach.
- The villa has magnificent panoramic views and numerous tracks
leading off into the hills and the local farming community.
If you need some spare time to collect your thoughts or to
crystallize an idea, then these walks coupled with fresh air
and tranquillity will provide all the inspiration you need.
Alternatively, you can just relax in the villa's
large swimming pool or patio area or visit the games room.

It can be reached by road via the new motorway or the N125 in 30-45 minutes.

Preliminary reservations can be made by completing

As the number of places on each stress management training session is limited to 6 people
we advise you to make your preliminary reservation without delay.
This initial form will be used for planning purposes,
completing it does not place you under any financial obligation to proceed.
